Cell Phones -
  • Cell phones have become an incredible tool for audio and video production. - We'll use them regularly
  • Learn when NOT to use cell phones in any environment - there IS an etiquette.
  • If you are noticed using a cell for anything other than classwork - you will receive an automatic check-minus for the day.

Equipment

• ALL equipment must be signed out - even for in school use
• No equipment may be taken home without signed permission from the teacher
• Report any equipment breakage or malfunction immediately
• Learn how to use the equipment properly - not by wild experimentation

Hall & Production Passes

  • Whenever....you are out of the classroom....you need to be with a pass.
  • This is for both your safety and accountability
  • Project teams should all travel with passes
  • Return all passes
  • Scan the pass QR Code - Fill out the associated Google Form - Enter your return time when you return the pass
  • The ACIT passes should only be used for lavatory and school office visitation.

Communication

• The class web page is the most current plan of action
