Add text to a video segment.
Adapt text using the Graphics Panel
Identify text on the edit timeline.

How do I begin an Adobe Premiere project?

For EACH project.....

Create a new folder on the D-Drive with your full name. Then....create another new folder with the title "Practice 1".
Import ALL your audio, video and graphic assets into the project folder. NEVER store project files on a temp drive.
Then import or drag the assets AGAIN into Premiere using the Import command.

DO NOW - Examine the Kuleshov Effect
Once you've imported assets into AP, explore the four windows to see which does what by dragging an asset to the timeline.
After dragging an asset to the timeline, play with the "handle edit" and the "scissor edit" tool
Drag another video asset onto another track in the timeline

Develop a short AV Script
Create a shot-list

Acquire audio and video and import into a new folder called You Don't Say
Import your assets into AP
Make rough edits and begin your timeline.
